Following the Minister of the Environment Grand Prize, we paid a courtesy visit to the Governor of Saga Prefecture.
The Governor had previously visited our site, where we shared why seaweed beds matter to fisheries and what they could make possible. This time we reported on our progress since, and proposed what we see as the two wheels of ocean recovery: restoration led by the private sector as it spreads through the region, and sound fishery resource management led by government.
